Tasting Notes: color/nose/taste/aftertaste – dark red color, with soft chestnut shades, multilayered nose consisting of a harmonious combination of ripe cherry, dried black plum, cinnamon, spicy clove, with gentle notes of toasted redwood, the
palate is dominated by dried fruits with a delicate complement of lollipops and cream, a long lasting aftertaste of overripe blackberry, accompanied with slight tannins
Food Pairing – steaks of different cooking level, venison, ripened cheese,cream desserts and bitter chocolate
Serving temperature: 18 – 20°C
